We had a scheduled birthday party for my 6-year-old and needed to cancel due to her breaking her elbow and in a full cast. Per policy we were unable to cancel and receive a refund, so we rescheduled this party. We booked the epic party and the service we were provided with was terrible. The party planner didn't assist with passing of the food or drinks, we had to go downstairs to request additional items. Parents were assisting with the party in ensure the children had pizza, snacks and drinks. I have called 3 times to speak with a manager and no one has called me back. My six-year-old is asking where her birthday party shirt is (they forgot to give us one) and I have asked who I spoke with 3 x to mail this shirt or if I can come pick it up. I will be calling for my fourth time today however I am extremely disappointed with the lack of follow up and will not be revisiting this location.

First time I've ever been to a Skyzone and I was completely disappointed. You have to wear their special socks to be able to jump and they only had small so my son was unable to jump with his daughters.(they are 5 and 6) We payed $45 for the two of them and the only section they were able to use was just the trampoline area. They so desperately wanted to jump in the foam pit. I understand there's sanitizing measures that need to take place but we were told it would reopen in 15 minutes and it never opened the entire 90 minutes we were there. Employees didn't seem very concerned and just pretty much gathered around talking. And a pizza is $25!!! Just a little extreme to me. Not as much to do as I thought and definitely not what I expected.

Nice place, friendly staff, had birthday party for teenager. They had set up room, and there was a person who made sure everything was available and served.

My wife and I took our 19 month old during "toddler time". We had fun bouncing in the main jump area. We also had fun in the foam pit. Toddler time is pretty cheap, but regular time can be expensive. If you have a Groupon or go during sales and stuff you could spend a couple hours.

Don't waste your money!!. I am from out of town, visited family during the Christmas break. Thought it would be a fun event for my kids and my nieces/nephews. I paid 19 dollars per ticket for 1 hour and felt like I was robbed. This place is seriously a joke. First of all it is not located in Lewis center, but in some warehouse strip mall. They literally have 1 open trampoline area for all the kids-toddlers to teenagers, and a small foam room where kids have to line up in order to jump. My 6 year old was done in 5 minutes and asked "mommy can we leave now...I am bored" We have been to several trampoline parks like "Launch" or "sky zone" which have so many other activities like an obstacle coarse/basketball etc. I think to save money the owners have hired a bunch of teens who were discourteous, uninterested and did not interact with he kids-they were on the phone half the time! . Not in a million years would I ever go back there!. The owners should visit a real trampoline park before charging folk 19 dollars a piece for nothing. Definitely giving a zero (0) rating on this one.

I tend to go here often and over time. My parents drop us off here and first we go to the check in desk and get our jump stickers. The place is fun for teens and for young children. The best time to visit is the time 11:00 am and 12 pm, it is not as busy but in the late afternoon it gets more busy. What I like the most is the Freestyle jump course, and what to wear is a shirt and shorts so that you do not sweat. Another thing that I liked was the sticker ball, this is where you can put your used jump sticker when all of the fun is done. The sticker ball always keeps on growing bigger and bigger. There are certain jump packages when you want to jump. There is the sixty (60) minute jump package and the ninety (90) minute jump package and the one hundred twenty (120) minute jump package, and the second two jump packages are the best. When it is your very first time visiting, all parents or a legal guardians must sign a waiver for those under the age of eighteen (18), you pay for Sky Socks so that you can jump on the trampolines, I believe that the Sky Zone socks are about three dollars, not too expensive, they are cheap and inexpensive, I am having my birthday party here, and there are pros (the positive) and cons (the negative). On weekdays, it is not open on Mondays, it is open from Tuesdays to Fridays. On a Friday night, it is not too busy because they stopped doing GLOW night. There is only a few people, and it is not too bad, compared to a Saturday night! The main reason why they stopped doing it because people kept on walking out and the other hand is because the glow shirts were about thirty (30) dollars each and people did not want to pay for a shirt. The prices for GLOW were absurd! Before you plan on visiting, buy your tickets online at the park's website. If I had to describe this place, it would be awesome. Tips are that your Sky Zone socks are reusable for every time you visit Sky Zone.

Recently had my son’s birthday party at Skyzone Highland Hts, and Manager Rocco Ranallo was terrific to work with. He handled everything for us and was extremely pleasant. Great place for a birthday party where the kids can run around and have lots of fun in a safe setting.

I went here for one of my friends birthday. The food was good and we had access to the Sky Box! (for kids birthday parties), and we had SUCH A GOOD TIME JUMPING AROUND in OPEN JUMP (a big portion of the trampoline park) where KIDS CAN JUMP AROUND ALL DAY. There are some amazing activities to do there (for example OPEN JUMP, DODGEBALL, BASKETBALL, FOAM PIT). There is some fun things to do on a rainy day. It is a great time killer to get a WORKOUT IN and play on WEEKENDS, too. This is the only attraction in Highland Heights, Ohio. There is a FUEL ZONE, where you can GRAB GREAT SNACKS. Coming back for real.
