Great spot to picnic with great covered picnic area and a play area with volleyball nets set up for the kids right on the beach. Beach is clean and safe. Huron's best place for summer beach fun!

This is a beautiful public beach, very clean, great parking, kids' play equipment and volleyball nets. The only reason that I gave it only a 4 is that there are not miles and miles to walk. But still a fabulous beach!!

We went here on Sunday of Labor Day weekend to spend the day. The beach was very dirty, lots of garbage at the shoreline as well as on the walkway to the parking lot. Not sure that I would go back

Really love the beach, the volleyball courts, children's play area and table tennis option. Plenty of places to park.Down side: It cost $5 to park and portapotties.

I had read decent reviews so took some friends from out of town here and was embarrassed by how gross it was. It's not at all clean and there was black sludge on the beach. I definitely wouldn't get in the water. Go to East...More

We were excited to find this beach, as most beaches in this area have shelly/rocky beaches that are hard to access. This beach had a nice park, picnic areas and restrooms. Our 11 year olds enjoyed their time there.

This was the last beach on our trip and I will have to say it was one of the better beaches along Lake Erie... It actually had sand and you did not have to have water shoes on to walk the beach. One thing I...More

Bath house pretty crummy but beach is super nice. Soft sand and debris free. Fun to collect flat rocks for painting.

I've gone to this beach, since the 1960's. It is a great little beach for swimming and sunbathing and a picnic. Good for families.

You need a good map or getting the information from a local person to find that well hidden beach. Its a Huron public beach with a 5$ parking fee, but no lifeguard. There are three beach volleyball courts and a nice, oversized Adirondack chair, which...More

Not that I've ever noticed but I've never checked though either. This is a smaller beach with the bare minimals.

No. It has port a pottys. They're horrible. I have so much sand in my car that we brought all the way to Pittsburgh from there lol. Its still a pretty place but no showers or bathrooms.
