Love walking on this paved, flat trail. It is a multi use trail used by walkers, bicycles, runners and Amish Buggies but no motorized traffic of any kind allowed so it makes for a nice, relaxing and at times scenic walk. I have walked from...More

This trail consists of a horse side and a cycling side. It was fun to have Amish buggies pass us as we cycled. We rode to Fredrickburg and had lunch at Lems. Great sub sandwiches.

I've never been on a rail trail that permitted buggies and that added to the charm of the trail. I love the rails-to-trails system but prefer a softer, gravel type trail. This trail is paved for many miles but it goes through beautiful country. I...More

The paved trail is great! You can run, bike or walk on the portion we were on last week. Amish buggies ride by; they are only allowed on one side of the trail. It was very flat, so if anyone has issues with climbing etc.,...More

There are no signs anywhere that I saw prohibiting dogs of any kind and I passed on guy walking his dog on the trail. I'm sure they want you to clean up after them. Have fun it's a beautiful trail.
