Not a lot of interest for our 7 year old son, but my wife and I enjoyed it. They have motorcycle history from different model eras and makes and types. Includes standard motorcycles, BMX bikes, some off-road vehicles and motorcross. Would like to see more breadth of presentation, but still pretty interesting and worth the time of you're an enthusiast.

To be honest, I am much more interested in the machines than the riders. I was hoping to see some amazing machines (which they did have) and then some stories about the development/engine types/innovations etc. but it was all about the riders and what championships they won and all that. If that interests you, then great. I just wanted to... More

This is ok, but don't leave home to make a special trip. This is literally a place to visit if you are passing through. Small and not exactly what I was expecting. Like I said, nice if you are here but not a trip you take just to see.

Just a fun different place to go. As a rider and AMA member I like to go a couple times a year as the displays change. Always something new and interesting...

There's someone you know, or someone in your family who absolutely loves motorcycles. And you just absolutely can't understand why. You need to get that person to take you to this museum, and if he or she is a member of the American Motorcycle Association, there will be a big fat discount. I'm lucky. I'm one of those people who... More

Nice place to take the kids. Smaller than I had expected but some really great and unusual exhibits. It was worth the time and money to keep the kids engaged.

Our special day out and we skipped the zoo and headed straight to the motorcycle museum. My son loves cars and motorcycles and is constantly wondering how to build one and what designs work best. The museum was broken up into comprehensive sections such as design, dirt bikes, and etc. He read about the motorcycles that stood out to him.... More

Back in the 1970's, as a teenager putt-putting around on my BSA Bantam (horrible piece of junk) I used to dream of the day when I might be able to get a Triumph Trident 750. The Triumph Trident/ BSA Rocket 3 (basically the same bike) was Triumph's last and ultimately failed attempt to counter the tide of Japanese super bikes... More
