Groupon deal for the steal

Bought a Groupon for the basic starfish room which was as to be expected, basic and small, but clean. We were lucky to get a room overlooking the bay which was cool. We came in a... read more

The waterpark itself is nice, but the ambient air temperature and the water temperature were both uncomfortably cold! I visited with my wife and kids in late January. I was wearing my jacket when I walked in and the air temperature felt comfortable with my jacket on and zipped! I was a bit surprised as I was expecting it to... More

Fun waterpark, small but enough to do for a day or so. Our only complaint is the temperature... the water and air were too cool to just enjoy it. The whole family kept needed breaks, and our younger children hit a point she no longer wanted to go back in the water for the same reason.

Enjoyed the stay, surprised the kids w a stay. It is worth the early admission to Cedar Pt and free parking. Cute decor. Swim area wasnt as big as I thought it would be and wasnt as pleasant as being at an outdoor waterpark, but no sunburns! The restaurant on site had good food, but wasnt the prettiest view of... Bought a Groupon for the basic starfish room which was as to be expected, basic and small, but clean. We were lucky to get a room overlooking the bay which was cool. We came in a little after 5 so check in was a breeze, no wait at all. Waterpark was nice, especially for the under 10 ages. Plenty to... More

Went for a little weekend getaway with our 3 year old and we had a great time. The rooms were a decent size, 2 twin beds with a nice view of the water. Spent most of our time at the water park where there was so much to do. We did spend a lot of time in the toddler pool... More

Despite not having full fledged lifeguards at each station, the people were managing their stations quite well for the most part. I've never waited in line for the hot tub but was happy I did when I discovered it was not over-crowded. I just wish they could have had enough staff to have all the pools open during the entire... We were there in December and maybe that influences access to every part of the waterpark area. But based on the number of people that the resort can accommodate the area seems small. Plus there was always a waiting line for the hot tub that holds 50 people. We were not impressed and will probably not go back.

The grandkids (ages 6&4) loved it. They especially liked the wave pool and the giant dumping bucket. It was warm inside and the staff seemed very focused on safety.

Purchased the day passes online. We live within an hour of the water park so only went for the day. It is off season so only open on weekends and not until 3 pm. We went for nice lunch first then headed to the water park. Very well staffed and maintained
