Mitch Park is a great place to picnic, exercise or just hang out. The trails are long and winding, and are a good place to bike, run or walk. The park also includes playground equipment, an outdoor auditorium and a skate board park. Pavilions are...More

This park is very nice for families. It is large and clean, with a few benches and trash cans. There isn't very much shade, but it is right next to the YMCA, so you don't feel isolated if you are by yourself.

The trails are great here, they have recently repaved them and there is a dividing line. There is shade along the route, so you can cool off. I've only walked the trails here, I don't have any experience with the skate park and other playgrounds...More

The outside loop is about 3 miles, newly repaved. The trails are great. On Wednesdays there is a farmers' market (in the morning) off of Covell.

My daughter, her dog, Gracie, and I took a stroll around the park. Gracie cooled off a couple of times in the pet drinking fountain (great idea!) We had a good workout on a warm, summer's day. Gail visiting from Sacramento, California

It's nice for 11 and younger to let them roam around and explore. Bring your portable hammocks if you have one. Hang out and let the kid play on the playgrounds and chase the ducks. Have a picnic. You can spend 3 hours here easily....More

Great disc golf course. Nice place to take friends and family. A bit tough to get in to because the the way the road is laid out.

Great relaxing time for the whole family to relax and enjoy each other, and life in general. Plenty of activities for children while parents "chill out".
