A lovely selection of unusual jam combinations to sample here; my favorite was the rhubarb rosemary. The jams are all very good and avoid the overly sweet ones made elsewhere.

I received one of their jams as a gift and loved it, even my husband who doesn't like jam enjoyed it! My husband & I went this weekend to the cute little shop & had a great experience tasting and buying homemade jams. Highly recommend if you are visiting the Portland area.

When I parked the car to get coffee, I parked right next to this place and as soon as I read the sign I knew where we would go next. With coffee in hand we decided to taste some jam. Now we strictly use freezer jam at home so regular jam is good and tasting so many unique flavors is... More

The creativity of this place never stops! There are jams with unique flavor combinations, relishes, cocktail syrups, mostardas, and even more. It's a great place to buy gifts to wow your foodie friends. You can sample anything before you buy, and the whole staff is enthusiastic and friendly. Be sure to get on their list for their special events. Their... More

Really interesting jams like Marionberry Espresso. Awesome Cranberry Mostarda in the fall and Cherry Mostarda in the summer. Try their 3 Bloody Mary starters- just add Vodka. Don't miss if you are in Carlton!

I wouldn't have gone in as we don't use that much jam BUT glad we did. Walked out with some wonderful smoked cherries for cocktails as well as some pinot cherry syrup that will up our cocktail game as well. Many many flavors and you can tasks almost everything

Normally I would say I love this place, but not this trip. Shelves and options weren't stocked - didn't have what I wanted. Person said she was filling in and didn't know much and didn't offer the usual tastings they have on weekends. Was a wasted trip... Disappointed!

Hello there - I'm so sorry we didn't have the syrup you were looking for in stock, and am hoping you'll understand how we cook and stock our shelves. We make about 450 flavors throughout the year, and some are very seasonal - including the one you were looking for; cranberry orange. We could never keep all flavors on the... More

wow, glad we popped on by after Ken Wright tasting. We're not big on sweet stuff but this place has such a wide variety (no joke), something for everyone (honestly you're bound to find something). This place let's you taste wine jams from sweet to savory. We couldn't resist and ended up buy 3 small jars (blueberry lavender - my... More

Stopped by Republic of Jam on my way through wine country and was pleased I did! Staff were polite, offered samples of everything, and had very unique flavor combinations to offer. Definitely a place you should stop on your way through town.

Thank Rich F
