Nice waterfall and well maintained trail.

Came her for a morning hike with the family. Parked and walked through the campsites which seemed nice. The trail to the Soda Creek Falls is about a mile each way. Pretty... read more

Cascadia is a great place to spend the day. Young and old can enjoy this park. Lots of paths trees and quiet.

The hike is a bit tougher than you might think, but not overly so. The stream, if full, would create pretty good falls, but in August, not so much. I would give it another try but won't make it a priority or anything.

Came her for a morning hike with the family. Parked and walked through the campsites which seemed nice. The trail to the Soda Creek Falls is about a mile each way. Pretty steep on the way up, but myself, my pregnant wife and two young kids did it without much struggle. The falls itself is not the most spectacular you... More

We camp one place then check out all the other camping areas for 50 miles around. We were staying at Fall Creek Reservoir and drove up to the McKenzie looking at places to hike. Most of the McKenzie is National Forest, so the camping areas tend to be more primitive. We were impressed by the variety of spaces in this... More

A lovely "natural" camp ground. No electricity, or running water in your camp site. Dry camping at its best. But there is water near each site and flush toilets and showers. No WiFi, and phone service good luck. Composting toilets are near the entrance which many drivers know about, they get used as a rest stop. They can get smelly... More

Went to this campground by accident. My lady and I had been driving for hours with our kids trying to find a place to camp on a, not supposed to be too busy, weekend. We were met by the camp hosts, Bill and Vicki, at 9:30pm and I must say, THEY WERE AAAAWESOME!!! They found us a place to camp,... More

I am still trying to get the smell of this place out of my clothes, my tent and my car. The outhouses, which are never cleaned, should be closed altogether since they have modern restrooms...which were also never cleaned for the 3 days I was there, and 2 of them had feces on the floor in FRONT of the toilet.... Gorgeous place to visit...miss the old soda water fountain but the water in the river was really refreshing. Good place to swim and picnic...there is a trail to a nice falls and there is a camp ranger that keeps things nice.

My friends have enjoyed the campground in the past. I enjoyed the waterfall hike even on a rainy day. The trail was muddy in a couple of places...the creek was beautiful and peaceful to hear as I walked. The falls itself is better than expected too...you can get really close and take pictures with multiple angles. This is a great... More

I have been visiting Cascadia Park since I was a small child. It's our local favorite! Lots of huge fir trees and maples for shade and beauty in the spring, summer, fall with lots of picnic tables and easy walking trails between sections of the park. The river is a short walk for swimming, wading, catching crawdads, or fishing and... More
