We visited the exhibits on the boardwalk and learned a lot about the Coos Bay-North Bend history. The historic photos and artifacts were fascinating. We particularly liked the wooden pillars that were made from different kinds of wood from the area. You can get a...More

There was nothing in Coos Bay worth seeing unless you were interested in wood shipping and rust. We spent an hour trying to find anything redeeming about the place. We failed.

This is not a commercial success with lots of stores. It is a nice moderate length area to walk down and enjoy the sea experience. It lets you get the full sensory experience and just enjoy the day in a nice very pleasant and personal...More

This Boardwalk is very short and not much to do. If visitors are having dinner in downtown, then one can take a look at the Boardwalk. It is NOT worth mention.

There are so many other things to see in the area....I'd miss it. Not much to see....just along 101 on the water.

This boardwalk isn't very long, but it sure is nice. Even though the weather was somewhat cold and breezy, the boardwalk was nice to walk on. It was on the bay and had some interesting boats at port.

Fun to walk down the boardwalk. It's fairly short and we got there in the early evening, but a lot of the stuff was closing. Go while the sun is up, there were some pandhandlers as we walked around, but we felt safe.

We just drove through Old Town and it was very interesting to see the old buildings and the boardwalk. One could imagine when this was the original town, centered around the bay.
