We are a family of 6 from Miami--I am an experienced rider, but my wife, smaller children and grandparents not very much. I have been on horse trail rides in the United States and always found them poor experiences-the horses are programmed to do a loop, come home, and you're done. That may be ok for someone looking for something... More

Where do I even start? Margo and her crew Cathy and Maria were amazing! We booked this horse riding adventure for a group of girls for a bachelorette weekend. We were not disappointed! Margo has such a wild personality and we had an absolute blast with her. When we arrived we got to pick out some cowgirl boots and a... More

My girlfriend and I came from France to see the Columbia river Gorges and we heard about Margo's horse rides. So we did one with her and it was fantastic. She made this ride amazing by adapting the speed according to our level. I recommend her rides to spend a really good times.

We had an awesome few hours on the horses during our tenth anniversary trip to Hood River. We rode with wrangler Angela on Blaze and Cowboy, and I switched to Risa towards the end. We first rode down to a nearby winery that featured wood fired pizzas and delicious wine. We had a nice wine tasting and a good little... More

We had planned to do a one hour horseback ride to a fruit farm, but instead Margot took us on a two hour plus ride through the woods and up some hills to to a gorgeous view of the Columbia River. I have not been on a horse in over forty years and never in this type of terrain. The... More

I knew horseback riding was one thing we definitely wanted to do while visiting Hood River. Selected Margot and Double Mountain after reading other reviews and so happy we did. We reserved a Sunset Ride which happened to also be the night of a full moon, and we were able to experience both. Although we reserved a group ride, it... More
