The hike up either Table Rock in at least moderate. But, taking your time will allow most people to make it to the top. The hiker is rewarded with beautiful views of the Rogue Valley. If it has been raining recently, wear appropriate footwear. It can be muddy in places.

Both are short hikes but good exercise - the Upper is shorter but a little steeper while the Lower is a little longer but more gradual of a hike. Both have great views of the river & whole valley. Spring is the best time due to flowers and guided tours. There is a rare flower found only on the Table... More

These hikes are so wonderful, and the views are amazing. No dogs allowed on the trails, however, to protect the fragile ecosystems. Would definitely recommend both these hikes.

I hiked Upper and Lower Table Rock both in the same day. Upper is the shorter hike with a steeper, immediate incline. A great morning hike, twisty, hilly and rocky but absolutely gorgeous all the way up. I was with one fried who was determined to go FAST and the other who was carrying her daughter on her back. Strong... More

I am fortunate enough to live where I can see the table rocks out me front windows. I wish I could climb them, my kids have, but with a disability there is no way. These rocks are more like "mesas" and have much history about them. The closer you drive towards them the more breathtaking they are with the jagged... More

The hike was harder than I expected but the view made it completely worth the effort. The way down isn't that much easier!

Hiked Lower Table Rock Trail. August 16. The lower part of the trail is well maintained, shaded and uphill. Once on top it is a flat, exposed, walk of nearly a mile to get to viewpoints. Very hot with a disappointing view. Directly below the best viewpoint is a water treatment facility for the area.

Table Rock both upper and lower has been hiked over and over for years and years. If you can hike it and watch the sunset on a 25% cloudy day you will love it. Make sure that you never hike on a muddy day, you will loose both traction and your shoes. Be careful of snakes and other critters thru-ought... More

Hit the Upper Table Rock Trail in the late morning. Was a tad bit warm, but I brought my hydration pack for water. Hubby just brought a bottle. Lots of people including kids were out there. Most of the trail was fairly easy. Little trickier nearing the top because of the rocks. Stupendous views when you get to the top.... More

Wear comfortable shoes and pack a lunch. Very few steep grades, the long-distance panoramas are worth the hike!
