We have friends and family there and it's always been a peaceful place to go and wander through. There are many headstones over a hundred years old. Wandering through the grounds you find large family plots full of generations of family members. It's always been kept looking nice, even after storms have come through.

We live on a street below the cemetery and often take the steep trek up the dirt road to arrive at the quiet repose of the cemetery. We have family in the old city cemetery and spend time once a year cleaning head stones and learning about family.
