Just spent some time here enjoying the beach and flying kite. It was a little more protected so wind wasn't quite as harsh.

The location is convenient. Campground very popular and crowded. All of the staff is friendly and helpful. I didn’t realize that I forgot my puffy coat and wool pajamas in the women’s restroom. When we returned home I called and asked if it had been...More

We really had a great time in this state park and stayed awhile. Yes, there are mosquitos but what outdoors camping does not? The beach was endless and there were great paved biking trails. Newport had a wonderful aquarium. We will definitely return and stay...More

Tent sites: gravel road, open, without privacy, mosquitoes throughout camp, one dirty bathroom for the entire camp site, like being in a refugee camp. Beach: we've seen much nicer beaches in Oregon. RV sites: very close to one another. Congested.

Yes they have yurts. I don’t know the cost since we stayed there in our trailer. You can call them for information.

In June they were terribbbbble! We actually changed our site away from the "water/trails" as they were so bad. It's camping though,, and it will fluctuate depending on weather and time of year
