We could see the factory in operation through windows, but since we couldn't get there in time for a tour, there was no literature to tell about the history of the mill and the famous and beautiful blankets made here. I was disappointed because I've wanted to hear that story. Guess I'll have to find it away from the source.

Who knew there were so many different Pendleton items?! We could see the factory through the windows at the back but missed the tour because we did not realize they are at scheduled times. If I had it to do over, I would have planned better, but even still, it was fascinating to see so many patterns and such a... More

Many of the clothes made in foreign countries. Blankets and fabric very expensive. Inventory not really extensive and some sizes have few selections. Disappointing.

The tour of the woolen mills operations is informative and interesting. The variation in blankets is pretty impressive also.

Great store. High quality merchandise. Large variety of clothing, blankets and even some pet items. Great store clerks.

Enjoyed the tour given by Michael. I only wish we could have spent more time watching the process of the wool thru the machinery. The tour was 15 minutes.

Watch blankets being made, then buy one of the beautiful products. But honestly the clothing is the very best. The men's shirts -- from dress to casual will last a lifetime.

When I say free I mean free tour, which takes about 30 minutes. If you are looking for quality wool this also your place and about $50 cheaper than online plus it is guaranteed authentic if you buy from the store. As long as you are in Pendleton you owe it to yourself to stop in.

Not a bad place, but only the blankets are made here these days. Good, authentic treat from the Eastern Oregon.
