Fun place for under 21's

I was celebrating my birthday and had a 20 year-old with us, so was looking for something fun for the entire family. The setting is fine, great bar, cold beer. Did not eat but... read more

I've never been to an improv show before - a live one, at the very least. The furthest I've been to watching improv is on TV for "Who's Line is It Anyway?". I had a friend who was into improv shows and convinced us to go since there wasn't anything else we were going to do that night... BEST. DECISION.... More

We wanted to take the "teens" to a comedy type place. Most wont allow under 18 or 21 years in. This place seemed ok for the money and age category. Fun place to try once. The teens enjoyed it as they like the show "Who's Line is it anyways" which this place is very similar to. The actors were ok... More

I was celebrating my birthday and had a 20 year-old with us, so was looking for something fun for the entire family. The setting is fine, great bar, cold beer. Did not eat but others around us said it was good. Several of the performers were funny, but there were 2 that were not funny at all, and one in... More

We went to the Curious Comedy Theater on a Saturday evening in part because it was open to teenagers and our group included a young college student. The facility is excellent. Clean and comfortable. The show was split between three stand up comedians and a couple doing skits. Many of the skits were entertaining and funny unfortunately the stand up... More

The theater, itself, is pretty nice. There's an elevated stage and plenty of space with numerous little tables and chairs. The food and drinks are pretty good and the place felt clean.

We recently visited Portland for the first time and wanted to find something local to do. We found this place after browsing online and decided to check it out. For only $12, the four of us had a front row seat to the improv musical "pipes", which was hilarious! We were all pleasantly surprised by the quality of wit and... More

We've previously been to an "Instant Comedy" show where they focused on standup and did Improv as a filler to allow the comics to prep on their new topics. I now understand why I liked the stand up a LOT and the improv was just kinda Meh. We went to see the "Open Court" comedy show that they did on... More

We had a seriously hilarious, bellyache laughing time at Curious Comedy Theater's Main Stage Show on Saturday. We're originally from Chicago, the Land of Lincoln and the Land of Thousand Comedy Clubs, and we're also some tough critics. This is one of the best comedy shows we have ever seen. I recommend the Main Stage Show to anyone with a... More
