Bret has a wealth of knowledge to share regarding Portland Food Carts. Interesting history, stories of individual carts and food cart samples represented a broad variety. Also about green movement and health department standards for food carts! Only 1.5 hours for a wealth of knowledge and great food samples! Very Enjoyable!

If you aren't coming to these trucks, then you're wasting your money. Great food at even greater prices, and you'll get a chance to try foods from cultures all over the world. Really enjoyed these things; ate here daily.

You need to come hungry when you visit the food carts, so much variety. Make sure you arrive before one o'clock so you have a much better chance of the food carts not running out of items. We ordered from a Hawaiian food cart and an Ethiopian food cart. Both were so good!! The Ethiopian dish I ordered was their... More

Food tours are always so good for forcing you outside of your comfort zone - we tasted Thai, Latin, Persian, and Chinese foods - all delicious! Brett was very accommodating - arranged a tour for us in the off season and patiently waited as we showed up at SE 10th instead of SW 10th. Oops! We highly recommend this tour... More

This guy makes the best Pad See You I've ever tasted, but this last time I was there I asked for a special order and he was happy to help. I asked for extra sauce on the Pad Thai and a half order of crab ragoon. Very Happy to help. Very tasty food. I go to this food cart often.

Was looking for something uniquely Portland and this was what I could find. Loved walking around the small block to see the 30 or so carts, also known as "Food truck park" or "food truck experience" on the corner of 9th & adler (a block away from the address listed on this page. Options include thai, chinese, mexican, greek, soups,... More

This is a real Portland special! There are dozens and dozens of "permanent" food carts lined up and encircling blocks in the heart of downtown Portland, Oregon. Just about every type of food on the planet is represented...so people in a group can each select their own favorite. We tried Fresh Thai Wok and the food was delicious. There are... More

Tons of food carts! So many choices. Clearly targeted at hipsters and a little overpriced, but creative dishes available. Big drawback, nowhere to sit at all.

We are so glad we did this tour! Coming in on a camping trip from our of town, this was one of the few activities we could do with dogs. Not only was Brett friendly and accommodating with our fury friends, he is so knowledgeable about the food scene that I would definitely recommend this tour. You get enough food... More
