I've been to the Oregon Convention Center several times for conferences and have always been impressed by the facility. It's right on the transit line so it's easy to get to. It's huge, open, and airy and even with lots of people inside it doesn't feel crowded. There are a couple of places to eat and a coffee shop inside... More

it is easy to get to, lots of parking and depending upon what your there for, can be a lot of fun to explore. the building has some nice views but is not much architecturally speaking to look at on the inside. the atmosphere created by the activities going on is what makes it happen or not. parking in the... The convention center is centrally located, easy to get to, lots of VERY expensive parking. Try to find a spot on the streets around the area. It seems pretty nice, but the place is filthy. Looks like they haven't dusted anything in years. It also could use a facelift to make it look fresh. Or...just a good cleaning.

Well, we came to Portland for a conference located here. It's a terrifically central spot - easy to get to from outer neighborhoods, accessible by public transit, close to other attractions & neighborhoods worth visiting, and near many food options. The OCC is well laid out and had plenty of room for our very large group.

A very nice facility, clean and well mangaged. I was here for the annual meeting of ceramic enthusiasts, teachers and suppliers.

I've been to many shows and cons at the Convention center, and have had plenty of fun, but if it's a paid thing, the price is always so expensive. No wonder it's so fancy, because you pay for it. Garage is always full, and off street parking is a drag, because the meters go until 10pm all days. By the... More

This is a beautiful convention center that's just the right size. Some convention centers can be huge and hard to maneuver around. The parking was underground and great for staying out of the rainy and cold weather. There's a lot of snack bars that are close proximity to all the ballrooms, so no need to go out to get something... More

Parking in Portland sucks, this city is a leech, even if you use a disabled person hanger or have disabled plates, this city charges you and the charge of $2 an hour is insane
