If you are in the area, do not miss a chance to do a tasting at Reustle. The Willamette Valley is known for Pinots and, of course, more pinots, but the Umpqua Valley microclimate affords an environment conducive to growing a much greater variety from tempranillo to Gruner Veltliner and Stephen Reustle has a reputation of being one of the... This winery has become a favorite, must-visit location for me and my wife. The views are gorgeous and the smell of lavender in the summer is quite an experience. The wine is great and deserving of all of the many awards it continues to win. The winemaker and his staff are very friendly and accommodating. The food morsels they serve... More

Fantastic tasting experience whether the tasting is done outside or in the cave. The staff are quite knowledgable. Oh ya, the wine is quite good also. Bring a picnic to increase the pleasure.

While my wife and I had a wonderful experience on our first visit, we knew there were some elements of the winery that might not please some people and so I looked at the other reviews before writing mine. Sure enough, the owners’ religious influence was not popular with some and we expected this, while we were surprised that the... More

spent a couple of days at Prayer Rock Vineyard. Gloria and Stephen were the perfect host...so interesting to be educated on the vines by the ones who actually planted them. We stayed on site and the rental home was very comfortable and well appointed. I highly recommend this vineyard to anyone who is traveling to southern oregon!

This was a very nice property, well done folks. However, the wines were pretty new or watery and most of us (group of eight) did not like any of the wines presented. The small bites accompanying each wine were good though. Did NOT buy any wines there and would not return.

Took some friends to show off the wine cave, but everyone loved the wines so much they all joined the club. The food pairing is a great touch and makes you feel like a friend vs. a customer. Probably the best winery in Oregon.

We went to this place not knowing it was already closed by the time we got there for a private event. I tried to call but cell service isn't the best there and so we could not do a tasting. They asked us to come back but once I told them it was my only day in the area and... More

We had a wonderful tasting and food pairing visit at Reustle. The wine was excellent, paired with some tasty bites. Very informative wine info and cellar tour. The grounds are fantastic: super work, Master Gardener! Since my bride decided to join your wine club, we will return!
