We stopped early morning for a photo and the views were great. It was a chilly windy day, but sunny! We didn't stay long and did not walk down to the beach. But I would agree with another reviewer to not leave valuables in the...More

Low tide is a must if you want to see the far side of the rocks (attached picture). Beware of leaving your car with valuables inside, especially when there are no other visitors; the parking lot is not visible from the highway and break-ins sometimes...More

Be sure you pull off of highway 101 just South of Newport and check out this gorgeous beach. We were there in June and it was a cool and windy day, perfect Oregon weather. The beach was secluded, we only saw one lady with a...More

One of the most dramatic and beautiful beaches in the area, in my opinion. The ocean splashing over the rocks, the wildlife, the tide pools etc. makes this a wonderful spot to visit

Very pretty place to visit. If you are going down 101 in Oregon, it is a must stop. You can hike fairly easily...I would take elementary kids with ease. Not for strollers.
