Beautiful scenery in every direction! We were all so glad that we took the time to visit this wonderful place last week while vacationing at Netarts Bay.

Very lovely location. Plenty of lookouts. Bathrooms available but not next to the lighthouse. The lighthouse tour is okay. Not a whole lot of room to accommodate giving a tour since the lighthouse is so small. Definitely worth a stop if only for the lookout...More

We stayed in Portland and wanted to visit the beach so we decided on visiting this lighthouse. It was easy to find and in a great location. Docent was very knowledgeable.

The entire coast was shrouded in fog the day of our visit, but we took the short loop walk down to the lighthouse where we had a nice view of the rocky coastline.

If you go to Tillamook or Cape Lookout State Park, this a must to see. It's about 10 miles from either but we'll worth the drive. Towards the fall through winter, they are only opened certain days. Ask at the campground and they can tell...More

We got there too late to go inside the lighthouse, but it's beautiful from the outside, and the views of the surrounding ocean and cliffs are gorgeous. It's also a short walk to the octopus tree which was pretty cool.

This was a beautiful place to stop and stretch our legs. Gorgeous scenery all around. You can even go up into the lighthouse. We didn't because it was very crowded, but still a great experience.

The parking lot is located a distance from the lighthouse. Coming back up the hill may be challenging. The views are great. We saw many people set up for whale watching at the available benches. The lighthouse is interesting and you may view inside.

It is another overcast day in Oregon but the views were still great! I will definitely recommend this and Ecola State Park to friends.

I'm not sure what times the area opens and closes. In the Winter months I would assume that it would be during daylight hours, probably 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. My wife and I went to Shore Acres State Park last weekend in the... More
