This is one of the newer, nicer parts of downtown Easton, which has been under something of a renewal over the past decade. The building is either completely new or really well redone. Interesting local collections and one of the finer examples of a truly local museum I've ever seen. In addition to its collections and displays, it also boasts... More

We went there to spend some time while the rain fell. Being from Easton, there were plenty of relative things to see pertaining to Easton. Some displays could have better labeling but all in all it was an interesting visit.

If you have any interest in Valley history, this is worth the trip. You will probably see some interesting local items and facts that you might not have known. I did. It is laid out well and not squeezed in. I found it interesting, but not overwhelming. There is a public parking garage directly behind it. It is convenient to... More

I grew up locally & have returned, so I'm familiar with local history. Hey, some of the folks listed in the displays are my ancestors, but I really got a much more rounded knowledge of history of the area from our recent (first) visit. Very easy to explore at your own pace, staff were friendly without being overbearing. We'll be... More

Very cute museum! Has a great collection of local treasures including hair art and marching band instruments! This museum also has great short term exhibits that chance a few times a year. I had the pleasure of speaking with the woman who runs the textile preservation team that puts together all of the textile exhibits! She was awesome and the... More

I went to the Sigal to see the display of quilts created by the Courthouse Quilters Guild. They interpreted four of the museums classic patterns from their collection in stunning new quilts. The museum also houses interesting displays of Delaware River area history as well as a Just Born display. A fun couple of hours at the museum.

This is another gem of a museum that I have been to in a small town that has lots to offer. They have exhibits dealing with the Native Americans who originally lived here long before the New World, they detail Northampton County's history in the US, in industry and in the wars of the country. The guides give you a... More

The staff/volunteers were very knowledgeable about the history of Easton. The tour also included going down to the Tavern House. Great piece of history!

I went there as the chaperone for the 4th grade class trip. Lots of fun things to see. The peeps exhibit attracted the most attention. Good historical info too. The staff was was fun and interactive with the students. They had great games to play with the kids to get them interested in history and they had a nice craft... More
