One of the loveliest state parks ever...wonderful beaches and close to the city. Parking is free. But arrive early to get the best spots close to your chosen beach (7 miles of sand and beaches). Most beaches have lifeguards, a comfort to Moms with little ones.

I have visited many times but not for a long time. It was easy to get around and trails were well-marked. Lots of places to park and look at the water or take walks.

What a beautiful state park! The drive around the peninsula is serene and the history had the hubby all smiles! Worth the short drive or spend some time walking around

It was chilly the day we visited but people were checking out the beach areas and walking on the designated trails... A variety of boats were in the water an it was a lovely site- There is a beautiful light... More

We had a beach all to ourselves and drank a bottle of wine while watching the sunset. Plenty of beaches to choose from.

Great place to take a family, beach, biking and a fun ice cream/restaurant place. Flat bike trails, nice beaches, close to Erie while being its own destination. Very nice.

We asked at Serafinis for a place to walk with a view. They sent us to Presque aisle State park. No fee. We walked along the Erie Lake! Saw Scull practicing for their regatta. We walked a mile but you could easily get 10 miles. We enjoyed Canadian Geese with their goslings and Mallards. At sunset you can see Martain's... More

this was the most beautiful state park ive ever been to, there were so many different activities and sceneries around. The rangers really care about not only the park but the people as well. i wish i had something like this in my hometown!!
