Made me love Hershey chocolate even more to hear the history story behind the man and his wife. So many young people helped year after year.

This is an excellent family oriented museum with everything from hands-on displays to movie clips at multiple areas to panoramic displays of chronology and the chocolate making process. It is easy and fun to not only learn about chocolate, but also the fascinating history of Milton Hershey and his life.

We were on a vacation to Washington Dc. We stopped by just to see the Hershey Story and my kids felt like the don't want to leave. We took the tour ride which shows you everything that they make from beginning to finish. Such an amazing place to see. Try it and am sure that you will like it.

I highly recommend going in December. They have extra activities for the Christmas season. Our daughters got to make chocolate ornaments and have a cotton ball snowball fight in the lobby. It is really more of a museum than anything else, so any other time of the year probably would not have been nearly as much fun for our three... More

As you walk through the exhibits in the museum, you will learn about the life of Hershey. The story covers his childhood, early Lancaster Caramels, the building of the chocolate factory and the Milton Hershey School. Various household items and factory equipment are on display. The museum is an interactive way to experience the history of this great man.

I got the tickets from groupon & am glad I didn't pay full price. It was all very interesting & had some fun activities especially for kids. there is a little kid in all of us though! We did not go to the chocolate lab & unfortunately the chocolate tasting area was closed by the time we were done going... More

This is a great stop if you want the details of Hershey history. The exhibit is full of Milton Hershey items as well as company displays. Everything is very kid friendly. The building has light dining and a great gift shop. Parking is just behind with plenty of spaces but that might change with season or time of day.

I don't know what we expected but it was something more than this. Pretty dry, pretty boring. Interesting yes, but I came out feeling pretty underwhelmed. It was fairly quite the day we were there, maybe a crowd of people would have livend the atmosphere.

What's better than trying a wine flight? A hot chocolate flight! Well maybe they're equal. If you go you have to do the 6 hot chocolate tasting. The museum is interesting but small. You do get an education on how awesome Milton Hershey was. The interactive area was silly and fun but mainly for children. My only regret is I... More

Having been in Hershey for the first time we were very happy to have gone to the Hershey Story. While the museum is OK, It is the story that is most impressive.
