I got the tickets from groupon & am glad I didn't pay full price. It was all very interesting & had some fun activities especially for kids. there is a little kid in all of us though! We did not go to the chocolate lab & unfortunately the chocolate tasting area was closed by the time we were done going... More

This is a great stop if you want the details of Hershey history. The exhibit is full of Milton Hershey items as well as company displays. Everything is very kid friendly. The building has light dining and a great gift shop. Parking is just behind with plenty of spaces but that might change with season or time of day.

I don't know what we expected but it was something more than this. Pretty dry, pretty boring. Interesting yes, but I came out feeling pretty underwhelmed. It was fairly quite the day we were there, maybe a crowd of people would have livend the atmosphere.

What's better than trying a wine flight? A hot chocolate flight! Well maybe they're equal. If you go you have to do the 6 hot chocolate tasting. The museum is interesting but small. You do get an education on how awesome Milton Hershey was. The interactive area was silly and fun but mainly for children. My only regret is I... More

We enjoyed the tour which is a ride through. After the ride a couple of free samples are given out. However the majority of the place is a huge sales area and the items are overpriced for what is offered. The town no longer smells like chocolate and no factory tours.

Having been in Hershey for the first time we were very happy to have gone to the Hershey Story. While the museum is OK, It is the story that is most impressive.

It costs $12.50 per person. I was hoping to see details of how the chocolate was made. Instead, it is really a museum mostly of life during the days when the factory began: the type of clothes they wore, the furniture, and a day in the life of a factory worker. There was also a timeline on the Hershey business.... More

This tourist trap was overpriced in our opinion. The chocolate tasting is interesting but seems a bit much cost wise. The rest of the place was orientated toward kids.

We took my daughter and son in law during the holidays. The chocolate lab is great, the cocoa tasting is good and a learning opportunity. While there is a lot of information available the rest of the museum did not hit the target for our extended family. We think it is a really good activity for families with younger children.... This was a nice museum that gave the history of the Hershey company as well as its founder and philanthropist Milton Hershey. There are some hands on exhibits for the little ones as well. Don't skip the hot chocolate tasting, it was wonderful. The chocolate lab also looked interesting, but we didn't do it. There is also a cafe attached.... More
