Hershey Trolley Works is based in Hershey's Chocolate World, and all of our tours start and end there. We offer sightseeing, chocolate tasting, historical explorations of the inspiring story of Hershey 364 days a year. During the summer and seasonal weekend of fall and Christmas, our format is a family friendly 45 minute show on the trolley where two actors bring the story to life in a uniquely entertaining way. We also offer a more in depth 75 minute excursion on the trolley, guided by one of our highly entertaining conductors throughout the spring and fall, with limited offerings in summer as well.

Went on the tour with a group of seniors. So much to see/do in Hershey, but I'd suggest this tour as a first to-do before hitting anything else. Such a grand story about Milton Hershey's genius and generosity. Seats are a tad hard, but the...More

We did the summertime trolley tour because we have a 7 year old child that went on the tour. The tour guides did a nice job with their skit, while informing you about Milton Hershey's life and contributions. Definitely family friendly and fun.

Great ride, very entertaining. One suggestion, book tour on line ahead of time. We didn't, had to wait three hours for it.

After taking the extended tour, Milton Hershey is now my favorite person in history. He did and continues to do amazing things for that town and the less fortunate. And what a beautiful town! If I were moving up north I’d want to move here...More

Oh my. So, this was my 7th trolley ride. I bring middle schoolers each summer and though I’ve done the historic trolley ride and really enjoyed it, I just don’t have enough time to do it each summer stop, so I land at doing the...More

We booked online in advance for the longer historical trolley tour and so happy we did so. The history of Milton Hershey is an amazing story and ongoing legacy! We were not aware of his and his wife's school for children they built and provided...More

Tour goes thru the town of Hershey and the history of the local Hershey factory. There are reenactors on board that act out skits about the town and factory's history - fun for the kids. Not much of a senior discount. A little pricey for...More

This tour starts and ends at Hershey Chocolate World. We learned so much about Mr. Hershey's life. It lasts about 45 minutes and is entertaining the entire time. It costs about $15 per person, but is worth it. They give out snack size Kisses, Reese's...More

There are not restrooms on the trolley. However we start and end near the front doors of Hershey's Chocolate World, and the restrooms are right inside the door.
