Off shore fishing

Had the time of my life. Very knowledgeable about where to go and what bait to use. Was a safe and pleasurable trip out to sea. Easygoing and understandable guide.

One of the best trips I've ever had. He was very friendly and showed us an amazing time. He put us on roosterfish, jacks, Spanish Mackerel, Mahi, & a giant needlefish ! Thanks Captain Sergio!

I booked a fishing trip with Sergio through Facebook he was super quick to respond and answer all my questions. Once all the arrangements were finalized he picked us up at our hotel in his truck. His boat is a good size good size for all 4 of us and him and Julio. The fishing was slow, he mentioned it... More

Be prepared for border crossing. Copy your passports in advance. Carry hand sanitizer and sunscreen. Shopping is much cheaper here that. Costa Rica. Leather goods are also great buy as well as handmade hammocks. Coffee and honey are also a great find.

This review comes from a person who historically feels sick pulling out of the dock. Sergio's boat does not use diesel fuel which made all the difference in the world! Words can't even explain how much I enjoyed this adventure!! The color and clarity of the water were AMAZING... we even saw two eagle rays mating :) The canopy provided... More

Great guy and very knowledgable about the city. The whole experience was great. We did not catch much, but that is how fishing goes. We still got a nice bonito and had a great experience. He showed us the nice local restaurants.

Sergio was really great to work with. He responded right away to all of my emails with questions, and we set up a date and time. We actually went down to San Juan Del Sur specifically to go fishing (and are very glad we did!). He picked us up from the gas station in town, where we picked up some... More

We booked Sergio last minute and quickly realized how accomodating he is to his guests needs. He provided transportation for us and a great sunset cruise (at a great price) to one of the secluded beaches only accesible by boat. It was nice to have the boat to ourselves. We enjoyed our time on the boat so much we decided... More
