If you are into Tudor architecture and interiors you will probably like this place. I admit I was drawn into visiting because of the Poldark connection (some scenes were recently filmed there) but found the tour guide a bit dry who did not mention once...More

This is a National Trust property. The house tours are guided. The house is very interesting in itself but the tour guide made the experience very much better. She made the house and its past owners come alive. It was a great experience.
