Not the best of parties! Firstly when we arrived we were told our party planner would come and talk to us, after being there for an hour I chased this up as no one had come over and spoke to me. When the food was served we had ordered a bowl of chips for the birthday boy, they arrived cold,... More

Dear reviewer, I am really sorry about your experience on Monday, it was an incredibly busy Bank Holiday Monday and we sold out of burger baps. The kitchen had communicated this to the staff serving at the front desk. Clearly this wasn't communicated to you for you to decide if you were happy to have your burger served in a... More

It was a bit of a workout for me following my 2 year old grandson through the multi-storey maze but great fun - no wonder he is there every week and his grandmother sits on the comfy chair and watches. We will certainly come again as it is terrific value for keeping him entertained for a couple of hours and... More

Took my 3 grandkids and got to say the place is great, really nice atmosphere and the place was booming..... One of the managers who seems to multi task with car park duties as well taking care of his clients seems very customer care based, rarely do you see managers with that level of happiness on what is obviously a... Wow!! Thank you for such a lovely review and for recognising the hard work that goes in to running Imagination Street, we try really hard to go the extra mile and believe that should start from Management and Owners and flow through the entire staff. More

We used to love imagination street, the play equipment is fantastic for all ages but since they crammed in so many More tables its horrible! Not enough room for a small stroller to get through. You have to walk around a whole row of tables just to get to the other side your table. The las time we came we... More

Please allow me to confirm that we have not added any extra seating to Imagination Street in the past year. It sounds like you came in the busiest week of the year which is February half term when we tend to be full for a large part of the days. In times like this we run a very strict policy... More

Not sure about this review, we have no issue whatsoever with parents going into the ball pit. In fact we promote parent/child interaction. If you came in the february half terms it would've been busy but at all times we run a clear capacity control policy. We employ two cleaners who keep the place as tidy as possible and as... More

This is a really well equipped play venue- great soft play experience and many toys to promote role play. Parents are able to take a comfy seat and enjoy a drink or a snack while children safely play, we took a range of ages from 2 to 18 years. I forgot to book the big ones on the trampolines and... This really is a fantastic place for kids, every thing they want is here, the parties they cater for are brilliant, BUT, this comes at a cost, party prices are costly my friend spent over £300 for her daughters party, and if you just take the kids in it costs you £5 just to accompany them.

We offer a range of parties at budgets to suit all budgets from just £8.50 per child and people come back year after year to have their children's parties as we continually reinvent the party options we provide to appeal to children from 1 - 14. PLEASE NOTE: IMPORTANTLY WE DO NOT CHARGE £5 FOR AN ADULT TO ACCOMPANY A... More

I booked birthday party for my son a month in advance. I expected everything to be ready but it wasn't. My booking didn't include the correct number of kids. I amended this at the beginning of the party but even that didn't help. Snack time was set up for much lower number of kids than actually attending the party. Apperently... More
