What a shame, we thought that these slate caverns, would be more than what we got. Entry is good with quite a size car park. The office where you get the tickets is quaint, I will say no more, the young girl who gave us...More

My days what a ker-fuffle trying to find it lol. Sally sat nav took us up the most tiniest lanes ever with no passing places and high sided banks. We honestly followed these lanes round far too long. After deciding to ditch sally and trust...More

Its one of the smaller caves and visited and its represented in the price which I thought was good. Its a self guided tour and I found it interesting. Wasn't able to go on the woodland walk because of some bug that bite you but...More

Enormous slate caverns mined in the 19th century make an interesting hour and a half visit. It's only £6 each, so its a self guided tour, but the information boards were very good explaining both the history and the geology I liked watching the ripples...More

The Cavern was interesting to walk around, we read the history of the cave to our children which are on boards as you walk around. Bit disappointed as I thought the experience would last longer than it did, The woodland walk and fairies spotting is...More

Have been twice to see Live band performances in a very unusual venue. There are, I think three old slate mines. One with a lake and they cater for weddings too. The acoustics, I don't think are brilliant further back, as the sound bounces off...More

Never been to a gig there. But when I visited there was rows of seats. I'd think it best to ring the venue.
