Saw this advertised on a leaflet and thought we would give it a go. So pleased we did! They have a good selection of animals, some of which you can feed. These are rescued animals and you can read their stories on each enclosure. There...More

Having previously worked in a wildlife park/zoo I always visit a lot of them and this one is possible the best local one I've ever attended. Myself and my partner visited whilst having a mini break in Looe. It is very clear that is is...More

This place is brilliant. Bit of a nightmare to get to though. Very tight roads. Cheap enough to get in. 50p per bag of animal feed. Honestly I’d pay £1. That’s what I’m used to. There’s lots of animals here and a lot just roaming...More

Would like to congratulate Porfell on working so hard to make this a pleasant visit for myself and four little grandchildren. Unlike bigger attractions which are able to gain financially, you can see they are working very hard for a good cause. The children had a...More

We went to Porfell knowing nothing about it and having seen none of the reviews. Finding the site isn't the easiest thing, but we managed it. The car park had few cars in it, even though it was a fine morning and the initial impression...More

A very interactive sanctuary with the ability to feed a lot of animals as well as roaming wallabies. Animals are well cared for with large enclosures. The white parrot (can’t remember actual name) is brilliant at his game of pass the rock. Could stay for...More
