Lostwithiel is an interesting historic Cornish town. It has many antique shops and plenty of places to each

Great picnic area next to this great little bridge over the River Fowey, if the weather is ok . It's worth a visit if visiting Lostwithiel.

If you're in lostwithiel this is recommended - an old bridge by a pleasant river. Not worth a long detour unless you're a fan of medieval bridges

A wonderful, well kept bridge with a charming picnic area and walks along the River Fowey. Great for children and even saw two fishermen.

...... nothing spectacular in construction or history. Locals seem to use the spot as a picnic area for families with kids swimming and playing in the river. Worth a look but apart from a quick photo opp, nothing particularly to write home about.
