Decided to give this a go after a long week of golf.... Blind shot after blind shot, unforgiving rough, mounds, and waste land, markers not really giving you the correct route to the greens... Certainly a tough test. Greens are excellent, good bunkers. Thankfully stunning views on a not too windy day. Would I play again, probably not. Get penalized... More

I played this on my own during August on a sunny day, with a moderate wind off the sea. The views over Perranporth are amazing, so take a camera if you won't slow down play by taking a few pictures. The course is typical links - high dunes, fast close cut fairways, hard greens, big swales, and lots of blind... More

A very impressive building, modern, light, airy and fantastic location. Good layout of bar with high wood ceiling and large windows to view course and views. Certainly worth a visit whether playing golf or just coming for a drink/meal. Did the curry and quiz night which was fun. Buffet of curries however was on the bland side.

First can I say I am well placed to review this golf course after visiting hundreds of courses all different in 25 years or more of organising golf trips. This is a tough challenge ability and physically wise. To play this course and really enjoy it id say you would need to be at least a 16 handicapper ! Prepare... More

This is our usual yearly family holiday. The boys play golf, we go to lots of other places depending on the weather. The accommodation is like a little oasis in the middle of the course. Everything was lovely as always. Clubhouse, lodges, golf and especially the sun.

Costs a bit less than half of St Enodoc and designed by James Baird, the same course designer 30 years later. Fairways not in such good condition, but the greens were well maintained. A challenging hilly course with a number of "blind" holes, albeit we were suspicious about the accuracy of several of the market posts. The rough is savage... More

Ranked #14 in the UK for courses under £50, this links course is excellent value for money. Top tip- buy a shot saver before you tee off as plenty of blind holes, a testing course in places, amazing views, superb greens with a friendly, understated clubhouse. A must visit links course in the area.
