Hi Lisa, Thanks for your message. You need to be quite fit as you are paddling for two hours and we cover approximately 3-4miles. We use tandem kayaks and so you can share the paddling and we will only go out when it is safe... More

Hello, Yes it was easy to take photos of the scenery and wildlife, we take photos on every adventure and use handy waterproof cameras. Yes we provide life jackets for all our customers on our kayak adventures.
