Depends on time of day and what staff are working. Sometimes the staff are really rude and aggressive but some are really friendly and nice. Needs to be faster and more efficient

Used the bridge on previous trips but think the ferry will be the preferred route in future. Helpful efficient staff hope they're always like this! Felt like I did when a kid on 1st train journey😁

A great value cruise, they only charged me one way. There was a great selection of sweets and crisps available. The on board casino was great value at only 10p a spin. I will definitely choose this boat again

We use the ferry all the time, living in Torpoint. Take the service for granted really. Usually a short waiting time for the ferry. Staff are pleasant n the service generally runs smoothly

There are buses outside the railway station which will take you across the river Tamar to Torpoint in Cornwall, and beyond.
