Called 45 minutes before closing time, to not even be greeted by the "gentleman" in attendance. Left to walk through the shop (which is all that was open) without any comment or explanations. As soon as we walked out, said gentleman locked up and left-...More

Nice old building which is well maintained. This place gives some insight into the history of Berrima. There is a gift shop you can browse through or else attend the theatrette or do a night ghost tour. Interesting for all ages.

This was an interesting revisit, the volunteer staff have done a great job in restoration, and have produced a good example of early legal proceedings

This is a great place to visit for anyone who is interested in criminal history in this country. There is a video presentation, displays and a courthouse light show. All very entertaining. Staff were lovely.

A place which is compact in terms of space and yet full of the history of the legal system of a bygone era. I especially liked the mock courthouse and the drama played out there, related to a heinous crime in the past. It made...More
