Short drive out of Coonabarabran. Caves are not sign posted as requested by the indigenous owners of the land so get your information sheet from the visitors centre and follow the directions. Nice walk with great views of the area. Unfortunately some of the caves...More

I had the Sandstone Caves to myself and they were just wonderful. The round trip was not strenuous and every corner had some surprise.

Lovely walk through bushland to sandstone caves and great views - less than 2km. Long drop toilet, dirt road into dirt car parking area.
