We were fortunate that the weather was ideal for this walk - mainly clear skies and temperatures in the low 20s. The walk is mainly in shade from the varied trees. The coastal scenery along this route - both the water views and bush views - are stunning. This must be one of the most beautiful stretches of coast in... More

This is a fairly easy walk ,most people could handle it. Lots of beautiful views of ocean and the pure white sandy beaches.I love the trees and the wildlife along the way. Good to do on a cloudy or sunny day. Bring water

Definitely something to do when you visit Jervis Bay, allows you to view and experience a bunch of beaches. Most of them are prettier (in my opinion) and less crowded than the more popular ones like Hyams

Coming from Sydney, I'm quite familiar with the Bondi to Coogee walk and was looking forward to the White Sands walk. I wouldn't say the views are as gorgeous as Bondi to Coogee, but the way this walk wins is that it takes you to the most gorgeous beaches with the whitest sand. I was surprised that I had a... More

The whitesands walk is an easy walk over the white (really white) sandy beaches and forest backdrop. If in Jervis Bay I recommend doing both a wildlife cruise and the walk to fully enjoy this place. It is also a great place to swim since there are hardly any waves and the water is crystal clear due to the bay... More

For overseas travellers, this is the place to visit. The stroll along the beach is most enjoyable, and yes, the sand is a beautiful colour. Swim or fish, eat a picnic or lazr the day away at this delightful spot.

The white sands walk is an easy, interesting, picturesque walk, along a well constructed, well marked walkway, giving access to numerous beaches along the way, as named, to the white sands of Jervis Bay. Used by runners, joggers, bike riders, or just for an easy stroll.

Easy bush trail between some of the best beaches I've ever seen... Some of those beaches are also connected through the rocks for the more adventurous... There is a couple of picnic areas along the way with restrooms, tables and barbecues.

This is a beautiful walk through a shady bush track. You can head down to Bleinham Beach or Hyams Beach. One thing to note: The sign at the beginning of the walk signifies the walk is dog on leash friendly, however, once you are about half way along there is a sign saying no dogs in the national park, so...
