Found the process for confirming booking, getting our Perisher cards, hiring equipment easy, quick and painless. Two of the kids did ski school two days which was great and by the end we're going down the big hill!! The rest of the family did beginners...More

I wanted my 3 year old to have a lessons to learn to ski. I was hoping to organise a half day lesson as I was unsure about how she would go for a whole day at ski school and away from us. I shouldn't...More

Perisher is meant to be the best ski resort in Australia. I think it's overpriced for what is a very mediocre offering. Firstly, let's be fair, the conditions/mountain/weather are what they are. However, the whole place reeks of contempt for the customers, driven by lack...More

Paid $79 deal for young teenagers package - skitube, clothes hire, toboggan, scenic quad ride. Avoid this deal. Line for clothes hire at Bullocks Flat took 45 minutes before we were attended to. Huge queue and only two harried young women serving. Entirely hopeless.

My review is one of conflict. Perisher is both wonderful and well, not so wonderful. I’m sure visiting during the school holidays didn’t help and don’t get me started on drink/food prices. $14 for a slice of pizza. Are you kidding? Nope. I kid you...More

It’s purely the value for money proposition that has driven my poor review here. I just can’t get past the fact that after stripping out airfares, for far less money you can ski Canada or Japan, on tonnes more terrain and reliable snow, along with...More

Very generous staffing ratios, especially in kids ski school - instructors with small class sizes plus lift attendants plus plenty of additional helpers for extra support for the littlies. Somewhat unclear exactly what time lessons started in the morning but apart from that, very happy...More

What a cracking place. Here with teenage boy and we are having a ball. Especially the two helpful lift operators over on the Summit Quad Chair at Blue Cow.

We had a great moment from last weekend, it was in the right moment of snowing season. Made the snowball, tobbogan and ski. The Weather was very cold and freezing, afternoon snowing in the perisher valley last saturday.

Timing the snow here is just luck. If you are not driving, then fly to Canberra or Cooma and then hop on a bus. Canberra has great food and a few good tourist attractions. For accomodation in Perisher try the Stables.

Yes there is coach services during June even though it's not peak season. They are just not as frequent . As long as you not needing to go without notice frequently . As they go at set days and times.
