We spent 3 weeks in Australia and our visit here still rates in our Top 3 experiences. Definitely visit and definitely go for the wet-suit option. It is fantastic value for the experience (put swimming costumes on before you get there and take a towel)....More

This is a must do in Port Stephens! Staff are amazing and the experience is better. Although I didn't get into the water, I had an amazing time touching the fish and feeding them. I would definitely return and would recommend this!

The centre sounds amazing and offers a wonderful experience for kids. I'm keen to show my daughter but I have some reservations that this might not be humane - I mean great for humans but how do the animals fare? I'm not against it I would just like to know somehow if there are some assurances that the animals are content and cared for? Can anyone offer advice on certifications etc? Thanks so much
