A lovely outlook watching the Pelicans flying low getting ground effect travelling so far without having to flap their wings. The walk from the west point all the way to the surf club past the memorial is very enjoyable even in winter.

Beautiful , calm ,quite place. Spectacular views. It's on the way to Port Macquarie. It's 1 hour 30 minutes drive from Sydney. The place is equipped with Barbeques and picnic area. The place is a tourist attraction for pelican feeding which is from 2-3 pm.
