great service and bikes

We had a wonderful experience as usual dealing with the staff here. The bikes were exceedingly comfortable and I had not been on a bike in over a year.

Every year I bring my mountain bike here for a tune up. Great service. Reasonable prices. Super cool merchandise.

Many thanks to Nicole, Tom and Philly Steve for a great two days. We had our own bikes and used Bkue Mountain for the shuttle to the start of both rides. Both are different and recommend each. If you are overnighting recommend the shorter and downhill swithback and then the Leigh Gorge trail the next day. Will do it again... More

I did the 25 mile bike ride from New Haven back into Jim Thorpe. The bike rental process was easy and straightforward. Since I forgot my biking shorts, I rented a "comfort bike" with more cushioned seats. You don't really need much more for the Lehigh gorge ride. The ride is mostly flat or downhill and no bumps along the... More

We had a great time on our ride from White Haven to Jim Thorpe. The people at blue mountain sports are very friendly and knowledgeable. They took the time to make sure that we had the right size bikes (We're tall), water and helmets and made the shuttle ride up to White Haven a pleasure. The bikes were all is... More

Great place to rent bikes or buy or getting gear for just about anything. The young lady was very helpful, (she needed help) doing three things at once. She made sure we were satisfied with the purchases we made and answered every question.

I had the ten o'clock shuttle to White Haven cancelled out from under me. To add insult to injury, I was informed that the shuttle could be reinstated if I paid a double fare. I graciously declined the offer and caught the next shuttle with Pocono Biking, which is just across the street. By the way, at no time was... More

We had our own bicycles and decided to ride the fifteen mile trail. The shuttle was clean, comfortable and cool. The driver was very pleasant. Initially, we wanted to try the 9-mile switchback, but really were unsure of the difficulty. We certainly are not "mountain" bikers, but we are used to riding. One staff member said it would be easy... More

My husband and I last minute booked a shuttle for the 9 mile switchback biking trail. It was the last shuttle of the day and we ended up being the only people on our shuttle. The staff was nice but not very informative. We asked about the trail and the difficulty but sort of had to pry for detailed answers.... More

Working with thejtx.com and Blue mountain made our weekend trip adventurous and well planned. I left all of the details up to them. They are very friendly and knowledgeable about the sport and the area.
