We visited Longwood in February during there Orchid exhibit. It was a breath of fresh air (truly) during what has felt like a long winter. The blooms were super fragrant and so beautiful. Not too much blooming on the outside of the conservatory, and a...More

I went this past December for the first time to see the lights at night and it was magical. Though a bit drizzly, it wasn’t too cold. The visitors were evenly dispersed throughout the gardens. Wonderful photo opportunities. Looking forward to going again some time.

If you haven't been here, do yourself a favor and go.I can't even begin to describe the grounds, the Italian Water Garden and Main Fountain are my favorites. If I'd been a DuPont I'd never have left.

Awesome gardens. I've gone during various times of the year and have loved it. My kids love the treehouses and the walks. I've often visited during off-peak hours.

I've been to Longwood Gardens a few times before and walked the beautiful gardens, took the kids in the tree houses.... and have always wanted to try going at Christmas, to see the lights. One phrase comes to mind: "Don't do it!" It costs a...More

It was cold out, but there was still a lot surprisingly to see. The treehouses were fun. Not much blooming outside, and the fountains were closed for winter, but the vistas were wide and wonderful. The greenhouse is where the action is in the winter,...More
