Good wine summer Friday evenings are fun

In the warmer months the Friday night activities are a lot of fun food and wine outside under the roof with a local artist playing music is a very relaxing evening

We recently joined in for the third year helping harvest grapes for the vineyard. To truly understand the process for wine making harvesting is the first step in producing the wine after the grapes have matured. Our host Richard Blair showed us how to harvest the fruit and the entire process from picking to preparation for bottling. There wines both... More

We went on Friday for "Happy Hour & Tapas" starting at 5:30 which they appear to be doing every Friday throughout the summer. Live music, appetizers/light entrees available from a local caterer (which varies) and 10% off wine. The outdoor area is where everyone gathers and the music is playing. It's under roof if it rains. The are about 25... More

Great family business but the workers were a little testy and didn't give us a full tasting. Not impressed and barely tasted any of their wines.

Had a great time with friends attending a Wine and Tapas night. Good music, good food, good friends - what more can you want? No wine tastings when they are serving tapas (usually 4 options are available). Wine can be purchased by the glass or by the bottle.

Sorry all to share this review, but we just were at the Blair and we tasted their REDS, they were very good, We ordered 3 bottles of the Cab Frank and 3 of the Pinot Noir, they nicely put the 6 bottles in their green bag, we paid and left... We got back to our home and found they had... More

Stopped on a rainy day with no other soles around. Pretty drive on back roads. Decent size parking lot. The tasting room is fairly plain and there is really no gift shop area to speak of. For $5 you can select up to six tastings and then if you buy a bottle you get the $5 off the cost of... More

Our first good winery experience when we moved to area. Family owned and operated and everyone is so nice Love Lori when she does our tasting she is a gem. They also have Tapas and Music fridays May to October and wine dinner pairings. They do other types of pairings. It's on the top of a hill and is just... More

We have been to Blair every year for the past 4 years. The wine has always been average but enjoyable. This year was a different experience. The red wines (except for Three Sisters) were not drinkable - horrible taste and color. Red wine should be red and not amber. Also, each varietal should have a distinct taste - not the... More
