Was very disappointed at my recent visit as many of the stores have closed and there are not many outlets here anymore.

This grouping of stores is only 20 minutes from my house, it's sad to see the complex go downhill like this. Pendleton is now getting ready to shut down on February 26th, leaving only Coach, Bass, Brooks Brothers, the Bali/Playtex outlet, and Gymboree along with a private jeweler, an absolutely excellent Italian Restaurant (Villagio's) and a nail salon. Talking to... More

We spent the weekend at peddlers village and thought we'd hit the 'outlets". To our disappointment near all of the stores are empty or closing. But hey, we did find some good deals for our grandsons and Gymboree (one of only 3 store actually there)

Unless you are visiting Peddlers' Village or in the area for another reason, don't waste your time. Most stores are vacant. Brooks Brothers, Coach and Bass are recognizable names of stores that are open. There is a nice jewelry store you can visit, but prices are much higher than most mall stores, but there are things you won't find in... More

Big complex with lots of stores - lots of empty stores. Few to shop in. How can Peddler's Village just across the street continue to thrive and there is nothing here?

Penn Purchase is or was a collection of outlet shops that has not done very well. It's mostly empty now. Not worth stopping. I don't know why it has not do well. It's right across the street from Peddlers village. Hopefully they will pump some new life into what could be a great little shopping area.

Don't know who owns this center but half stores empty. Depressing shopping center. Not worth the trip

Years ago there all of the stores were occupied. Now most of them are empty. The owners of the property do not do a good job with the up keep of the place as it looks run down.

We hadn't been here for a while and decided to stop in while we across the street in Peddler's Village. There were only a couple of stores still occupied and one of the buildings looked like it was being torn down.
