We didn't stay in the hotel, but off site. The bathrooms near the convention halls were clean and the the staff polite. The food that we had during receptions was good.

The building itself was gorgeous, and the layout is clear on the top floors. They're a tad confusing on the bottom floors, but it was fairly quick to figure things out.
