Beautiful arboretum and is a delight for nature lovers and photographers alike. It's open all year and offers different events for each season, including many, many hiking trails always available.

Some of the paths are paved, some are grassy. I, too, have difficulty walking having been hit by a car a year ago and have a rod in my tibia and ligaments replaced in the other knee. I just went slowly and didn't have any... More

For the most part, they are just off the pathway. There are a few that you would need to walk over grass fields to get closer to (like the giant praying mantis and daddy long legs). I hope this helps!
