What a great state park. Went on a 6 mile loop hike - including by Jones Mill dam. Visited the beach/swim area. If I had found this place earlier in our trip, definitely would have spent more time here. There are kayak/canoe rentals (bike too)....More

Not overnight but yes dogs can go on trails leashed but Gracie is good off leash.

There is an easy trail to get to the dam and waterfall. If you stop at the park office or the visitors center they can provide directions and a map. It is about a mile walk, well marked and easy hike.
