Beautiful college campus with many winding sidewalks and enjoyable scenes and campus activity. Excellent football, sporting activities, arts and entertainment if you desire. WPS you.com offers a full calendar of events. Don't miss the Berkey creamery for the world-famous Penn State ice cream. I highly recommend the scholar chip The one size and one choice only ice cream cones or... More

OK, I'm biased since I am an alumni, but this is one of the greatest locations on this planet. I love the people, the campus, the school spirit and of course the terrific education I received. The town-gown relationship is perfect and I can just go on and on but there are plenty of rankings that explain it all. WE... More

It is not just a unversity- it's a whole region of the state. The campus is huge and offers some of interest for everyone. Take a tour - from the Berkeley Creamery, the sports, the plantarium, you truly feel the aroma- WE ARE PENN STATE!

Berkey creamery, not to be missed. Watch the staff never mix-up an order eventhough the line up can be snaking till outside the main entrance.

Innovation, simplicity, and design are the best words to describe the visit to PennState's Maker Spaces area. If you are interested in any type of technology it is a fantastic place to go.

This is what college is all about. A beautiful college in a small town. The mall is lined with dutch elm trees with an expansive greenbelt for any activity. Most buildings are over 100 years old with a nice mix of modern.

There's ALWAYS something to do, somewhere to go, something to learn, and the campus is beautiful. Full of life and of course, students everywhere. Such a nice, friendly atmosphere. Love walking and exploring Downtown State College and the quaint little stores and galleries. Be very careful driving though. Did I mention there are students EVERYWHERE!!

Thank LeidiPA
