Water was beautiful...didn't get in too cool for me that day. Sand was nice...lots of shells around. The seagulls kept picking up shells and dropping them to break them open. How funny. The little boardwalk eatery had a delicious lobster roll.

You forget what is in your own backyard. A nice place to come to hang out on a beach. Kids wore water shoes to go into water. Beautiful boats going by and good breezes. Bathrooms and lifeguards til 5 or 6.

A beautiful old park with nice shady areas. Beach is clean but often ( like right now ) you cant go in the water due to run off pollution.

Love this park for walking, biking and even kayaking. Very quiet and peaceful in winter, spring and fall; can get very crowded in summer especially at the beach. Walk along beach Boardwalk then into woods, follow path along the water avoiding horse droppings, so peaceful!...More
