Percheron horse was great for a slow tour of historical Beaufort, South Carolina. Tour guide was very interesting and informative, pointing out the many significant homes and history of this hotbed of the confederacy, as well as the activities of the Revolutionary War period.

You can buy your tickets ahead of time online - that’s what we did. Our driver was an excellent guide, tipping her is recommended.($23 ticket-plus tip) It’s a lovely historic tour, so worth it! Enjoy!
