The swamp provided an enjoyable experience with lots of wildlife and birds. There is a boardwalk and many trails throughout. As birders, we were excited to see so many different species.

While the nearby Magnolia Plantation may be the reason for coming here, be sure to include enough time to make the walk through of this fabulous wildlife gem. We got our tickets first thing in the morning, and then headed to the swamp garden to...More

When I was there, the sucker got my toe! But it was my fault because I was gnawing on some jerky and a little piece fell onto my foot! Don't make the same mistake that I did!!!
